This program is designed as a cooking workshop for students who want to learn to cook traditional Mexican food. Some of the dishes that will be prepared are mole, quesadillas, burritos, nopales, guacamole, fish tacos, sopes, tostadas, Mexican salads and ceviche. If requested vegan and vegetarian dishes can also be included. The Mexican Food cooking workshop offered in Pacific Spanish Institute provides a great learning experience for students of all levels. The workshop´s chef counts with a wide experience in teaching Spanish and during the workshop students not only learn to cook and prepare delicious traditional Mexican dishes but also practice and acquire necessary vocabulary and conversation skills in Spanish.
